- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics management
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing large fleets within construction, infrastructure, logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of UAE transportation regulations and fleet management practices.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company’s fleet, including trucks, trailers, buses, light vehicles, and heavy equipment transport vehicles.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum fleet availability and reliability.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize transportation routes and vehicle assignments.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites.
- Monitor transportation activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and customer requirements.
- Handle transportation-related issues, delays, and emergencies effectively.
