Senior Transport Coordinator
Maverick School Transport is a trusted school bus transport company in Dubai, providing safe and reliable transportation services for students for over 15 years. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Transport Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help enhance our customer care and support services.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to all customer communications, including emails, portal messages, and telephone calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Track, manage, and follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to families, schools, and team members.
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in the transport industry and/or school environment is preferred.
