JOB DESCRIPTION
SALES PRODUCTION
o Select the right candidate and induct them into the team
o Plan weekly, monthly and annual targets for the team
o Motivating and guiding the team to reach the set goals
o Training and coaching the team
o Reviewing performance and taking necessary action
o Analyze MIS reports and take necessary action
LEARNING EXPECTATIONS
o Thorough understanding of the product and process
o Adapting to new technology and practices
o Enhancing skills in Recruitment, Training and Reviewing performance
SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
· Knowledge & experience in Life Insurance Sales and Sales Management
· Minimum of one year experience in Sales Management in UAE
· UAE driving license with a Car
· Good communication skills (both oral and written)
· Good analytical and arithmetical skills
· Ability to conduct marketing activities for lead generation
· Positive attitude, Persistent and Competence to work under pressure.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE (in a calendar year)
· Recruit 10 Life Insurance Advisors, Train and maximize performance
· 80% advisor activation every month
· Creating a performance driven culture within the team
