About the Role
The unit supports the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) organization in all aspects of comprehensive organizational change, enhance operational efficiency through Transformation programs. The unit is expected to deliver strategic initiatives that propel the company towards innovation, digital excellence, and sustainable growth.
This role is to support the MIS related work. The work includes preparing working group packs, program board packs, JIRA updates, and other ad hoc reporting related to Trinity and working closely with GPMO counterparts on governance related reporting and alignment. The role would also be responsible for keeping the book of work up to date with the latest FTE-save numbers based on ongoing delivery
Responsibilities
- MIS & Reporting
- Own the development and maintenance of program dashboards, MIS reports and performance scorecards across the Transformation portfolio
- Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into a single, accurate and timely view for senior management
- Track KPIs, milestones and financial metrics across all active initiatives and flag deviations proactively
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting tools – every number presented to leadership must be verified and reconciled
- Executive Communication & Presentations
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for EXCO, Board and senior leadership forums
- Translate complex program data and operational insights into clear, visually compelling narratives
- Develop monthly and quarterly business reviews, Steering Committee decks and ad-hoc briefing materials
- Maintain a consistent standard of quality and formatting across all Transformation communications
- Group PMO Coordination & Governance
- Act as the primary liaison between the Group PMO, business units and Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate program updates across teams, chasing inputs, resolving reporting gaps and keeping the governance calendar on track
- Maintain JIRA boards and project trackers, ensuring all workstream leads are updating progress consistently
- Process & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to automate operational processes and reduce manual effort through process re-engineering ideas
- Support AI and STP initiatives by providing data analysis and tracking implementation progress
- Contribute to process improvement workstreams as needed
Qualifications
- Banking experience, consulting or telecommunication
- Language proficiency in Written and Spoken English
- 7 – 10+ years’ experience
