Role Overview
Abboshon is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Accountant to join our finance team in Mesaieed. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all intercompany transactions comply with international transfer pricing regulations and align with the company’s global tax strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage risk, maintain compliance, and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines and local regulations
- Analyze intercompany transactions to ensure arm’s length pricing compliance
- Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses
- Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies and frameworks
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and finance teams on cross-border transactions
- Assist in transfer pricing audits and respond to tax authority inquiries
- Monitor global tax developments and assess their impact on the organization
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of intercompany transactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in transfer pricing, taxation, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
