The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the intra‑day management of transportation capacities. Monitor multiple dashboards and receive change requests from partner teams, deploying requested changes within set SLA with high accuracy.
- Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
- Flexible to work in different shift structures, including night shifts and weekends.

- Support business growth in constrained environments with innovative and automated solutions.
- Scale up processes quickly by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end‑to‑end supply chain losses.
- Utilize problem‑solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
- Bring data‑driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute to operations and growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or 1+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
