Job Summary
The Training Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and ensuring all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional operational performance and customer service. The role supports continuous learning across restaurant operations, central kitchen, and head office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for all new employees.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, operational audits, and management feedback.
- Develop and deliver training programs for FOH, BOH, Central Kitchen, and Head Office employees.
- Train employees on company SOPs, food safety, hygiene standards, HACCP, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate leadership and supervisory development programs for Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.
- Conduct regular training evaluations to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Prepare annual and monthly training calendars in line with business requirements.
- Maintain employee training records, attendance, certifications, and training reports.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers and Department Heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Conduct refresher training on food safety, health & safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Support new restaurant openings by delivering pre-opening training programs.
- Monitor employee performance after training and provide coaching where required.
- Develop training manuals, presentations, SOP guides, and learning materials.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality, Ministry regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare monthly training KPI reports for management.
