Job Description

A Training Officer is responsible for identifying and providing training to internal customers to deliver an excellent staff experience. They work with all departments to ensure training objectives are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing quality training to internal customers

Coordinating and administering Vocational Qualifications

Adhering to the in-house training plan

Identifying training needs collaboratively with managers and HR

Supporting departments in achieving training goals and conducting monthly reviews

Organizing and conducting in-house training sessions such as Recruitment, Selection, Discipline, and Grievance procedures

Ensuring new employees receive departmental and legal training

Holding monthly departmental training meetings

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

Previous HR/training experience

A positive attitude and good communication skills

Excellent grooming standards

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred qualifications include CIPD certification and knowledge of hospitality.
