Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s annual training and development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Conduct training needs analyses and competency assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all functions.
- Design and deliver effective learning programs using various instructional methods, including classroom training, workshops, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job development.
- Partner with department leaders to develop tailored learning solutions that address functional and technical competency requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvements where required.
- Manage and administer all training facilities, resources, and learning records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain training materials, learning pathways, and competency frameworks that support employee growth and career development.
- Research and introduce innovative learning methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure effective integration and readiness of new employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers, industry partners, and professional institutions to support organizational development initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the training team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor training budgets, utilization, and return on investment to ensure cost-effective and impactful learning solutions.
- Stay informed of industry trends, automotive developments, and emerging learning practices to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
