About the Opportunity
A leading automotive and dealership organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across multiple business functions. The role is responsible for driving workforce capability development, implementing training strategies, enhancing employee performance, and supporting business growth through effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual training strategies and learning plans.
- Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessments.
- Design and implement technical, leadership, and behavioral training programs.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and evaluate ROI.
- Manage training budgets, vendors, and external training providers.
- Collaborate with business leaders to improve workforce capability and performance.
- Lead and develop the Training & Development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Previous experience within automotive dealerships, automotive distributors, vehicle importers, or multi-site organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in training strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
- Experience with LMS platforms and modern learning technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
