We are looking for a Training Manager who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and customer experience.
It includes content creation, workshops, coaching, and performance assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs tailored to business needs.
Assess training requirements through TNA and performance analysis.
Manage and update training content, leveraging digital tools and LMS platforms.
Conduct engaging in-person and online training sessions using interactive techniques.
Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, reports, and feedback.
Collaborate with management and HR for onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
Support sales/F&B teams with coaching, role-playing, and customer service training.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or retail/F&B sales coaching.
Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging training programs.
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning content creation is a MUST.
Retail, F&B, sales, or customer service background preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
Ability to design training materials using digital tools.
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and performance gaps.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptability to evolving business needs and industry trends.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with training methodologies, including gamification and role-playing.
Proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
Awareness of retail/F&B business operations and KPIs.
