Al Mataem International is a growing multi-brand restaurant group in Saudi Arabia, expanding across the
Kingdom. We’re hiring a Training Manager to build the people engine behind every branch — turning
new hires into confident, standard-ready teams, and making sure every new opening launches fully
trained.
What you’ll do
● Design and run onboarding and role-based training for front- and back-of-house teams.
● Build and maintain SOP-based training and certification, in Arabic and English.
● Own new-branch opening training so every launch is fully staffed and ready.
● Turn mystery-shopper and complaint insights into targeted, practical training.
● Track completion, certification and training impact, and report to the Head of Restaurants.
What you bring
● 4–6 years in F&B / hospitality training, including 2+ in a training-lead role (multi-branch
preferred).
● A proven record of building training programmes and supporting new-branch openings.
● Fluent Arabic and English, with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
● Food-safety certification (HACCP / Level 3) is a plus.
● Based in — or able to relocate to — Jeddah, and open to regular travel to Riyadh.
