About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Training Facilitator (Female) to develop and deliver specialized training programs for Ministry of Interior officers. The role involves designing and conducting training sessions to ensure officers excel in customer service andeffective communicationwith travelers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government and training, fluency in Arabic, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of excellence andcustomer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Training Development:Support the creation and refinement of the training materials and modules focused oncustomer service excellence,effective communication, and elevating travelers’ experience as they transition in and out of Qatar.

Facilitation:Deliver interactive and informative training sessions to MOI officers, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of verbal and non-verbalcommunication.

Assessment:Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure officers’ understanding and performance, providing feedback to supportcontinuous improvement.

Feedback & Improvement:Offer actionable feedback and recommendations for officers’ development, and continuously update training content based on evolving regulations and feedback.

Documentation:Maintain detailed records of training activities, evaluations, and officers’ progress to ensure compliance and track development.

Collaboration:Work closely with BLR, Ministry officials, and other stakeholders to align training programs with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:At least 3-5 years of experience in a training role within a governmental or regulatory environment, with expertise in immigration procedures and policies.

Expertise:In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, along with experience in delivering training to governmental personnel.

Certification:Relevant certifications in training, government administration, or similar fields are highly desirable.

Language Skills:Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate and deliver training to Arabic-speaking officers.

Soft Skills & Experience:

Communication:Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly in both Arabic and English.

Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal abilities to engage, mentor, and support officers effectively.

Problem-Solving:Proficiency in identifying and resolving training-related challenges, with a flexible approach to adapting training methods as needed.
