Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Driver & Operations Support professional to handle transportation needs, assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, conduct quality control inspections, and provide overall support to the housekeeping and operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong driving experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Logistics:
Safely transport team members, supplies, and equipment to various locations.
Deliver and collect linens, cleaning materials, and amenities.
Act as a messenger for company-related errands.
Guest Relations & Quality Control:
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as required.
Conduct inspections to ensure high cleaning and service standards are met.
Prepare basic reports and checklists related to guest satisfaction and property conditions.
Team Support & Initiative:
Maintain a supportive attitude towards the team and assist in daily operations.
Work independently and take initiative to solve minor issues on the spot.
Requirements:
– Valid UAE driving license with experience driving in Dubai.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to conduct quality control checks and prepare reports.
– Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative.
– Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property management is a plus.
