- Must have a Learning & Development Specialisation certificate

Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment and selection of training candidates.
- Manage and coordinate vocational training programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, QA, Risk Management, and ISMS standards.
- Adhere to company health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
