Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Coordinator to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for plan, prepare, and deliver necessary training and awareness programs for the workforce, ensuring compliance to the client KPIs related to the training and development and ADQCC conformity assessment of the employees and achieve knowledge, skill, and behavior enhancement among the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess current and future training needs through contractual requirements, consultation with stakeholders, and training needs analysis.
Design, prepare, and deliver a variety of training programs including induction, safety, waste management, behavior development, toolbox talks, and on-demand sessions.
Develop and maintain the annual training calendar, materials, reports, and presentations to support project and client requirements.
Coordinate with departments (HSE, Operations) for training participation, ADQCC assessments, and workforce registration compliance.
Conduct training evaluations, site visits, and performance assessments to measure training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and regulations, and actively contribute to audits, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends and best practices in the waste management and environmental services sector.
Support HSE departments with additional tasks and operate across different shifts, including night shifts, as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering and handling training and development programs for the workforce.
Train the Trainer Certification is required.
Other Trainer certifications and QHSE related certifications will be a plus.
Waste Management / Facilities Management Industry experience is an advantage.
Skills:
Training & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training sessions, including inductions, safety, and technical programs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, with proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic for effective workforce engagement.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with waste management operations and safety procedures, aligning training content with industry standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in preparing training calendars, materials, and reports; experienced in tracking and analyzing training effectiveness.
MS Office Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for training documentation, reporting, and presentation development.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple training schedules, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
Creativity & Problem Solving: Capable of designing innovative training solutions and addressing workforce challenges proactively.
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work across shifts, including night shifts, to meet operational and training demands.
