We are looking for an energetic and proactive Training Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing training programs that ensure employees meet our high standards in operations, food safety, and customer service. You will play a key part in shaping our team’s knowledge, confidence, and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
- Coordinate and deliver training on food preparation, hygiene, POS systems, and customer service.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Maintain training records and certifications (e.g., food safety).
- Support the rollout of new products or processes.
- Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in training or operations, preferably in a QSR or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with QSR operations and customer service expectations.
- Ability to use learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
