Position: Â Training and Development Officer (Part-Time)
We are looking for aTraining and Development Officerwith a strong background in customer service tojoin our teamon a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on enhancing customer service skills, improvingcommunication, and ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer service training needs within the team
Develop and implement effective customer service training programs
Conduct workshops, role-playing sessions, and one-on-one coaching
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure all staff members adhere to the company’s customer service standards
Maintain training records and report on progress and results
Requirements:
Experience in customer serviceor a related field is required
Proven experience as aTraining and Development Officeror similar role
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and presentation abilities
Ability to handlediversetraining methods (workshops, coaching, online training)
Fluent in Arabic & English
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: QAR1,000.00 – QAR2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 3 per week
