We’re hiring Training and Development Manager (Food & Beverage sector ) for a group of Restaurants.

It specializes in developing and operating F&B concepts, managing international franchises, and creating high-quality dining and customer experiences. The company also has a strong focus on events, celebrations, and catering services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (multi-branch travel may be required)
Reports to: Brand Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver on-boarding programs for new hires
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training manuals for brand standards
- Roll out training for new menu items and service standards
- Conduct training needs assessments across branches
- Coach and evaluate staff performance against brand standards
- Track training KPIs (completion, performance, retention impact)
- Manage food safety/HACCP certification tracking for staff
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all Restaurants locations
Key Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in F&B training & development
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Experience building SOPs and training materials from scratch
- Bilingual Arabic/English required
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH and BOH)
- Food safety/HACCP certification is a plus
