Training Administrator – Technical Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Qatar Airways

As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Training Section on a daily basis and assisting in the follow-up of various work functions, including handling confidential issues requiring a high degree of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update training records to ensure accurate, complete, and accessible information.

Update training database in the AMPPS system.

Process airport passes and gate passes as required.

Handle training logistics, including training materials, course files, and classroom allocation.

Raise software requests (Pirana) and coordinate with facilities to maintain the department.

Manage requests for pantry and stationary items.

Initiate IT support calls for daily requirements.

Arrange duty travels, including visas, tickets, hotel bookings, and per diem allowances prior to travel.

Maintain proper filing for all correspondence from Maintenance Training offices and other departments within the organization and external service providers.

Coordinate with external service providers for section-required services.

Handle various clerical and administrative tasks effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

We seek a dynamic and competent candidate for our Technical Training team with the following qualifications:

Minimum tertiary, trade, or vocational qualification or equivalent.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Be business-oriented and proactive.

Manage assignments efficiently.

Handle staff inquiries professionally to promote a positive attitude.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
