Job Purpose

Coordinate the corporate training systems and logistics. Monitor and maintain training records to meet corporate training objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.

Knowledge and/or Experience

At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including 2 years in a learning and development environment.

Technical and Business Skills

Excellent communication skills, including professional-level English (verbal and written), presentation, and report writing. Ability to build high-level collaborative relationships across the organization. Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledgeable about Learning Management Systems.
