We are looking for a *Trainer – Medium Voltage Cable Terminations & Joints (3–5 Years Experience)* to join our team.
📍 Location: -[Egypt,Emirates & KSA]
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training on medium voltage cable terminations and joints
• Conduct practical sessions on installation, testing, and troubleshooting of MV cable accessories
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices during all training activities
• Evaluate trainees through assessments and provide structured feedback
• Prepare and update training materials and technical documentation
• Provide on-site support and guidance to clients and field teams when required
• Coordinate training schedules with internal teams and clients
• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and developments in MV cable systems
*Requirements:*
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in medium voltage cable terminations and joints
• Strong technical knowledge of MV cable systems and accessories
• Previous training or coaching experience is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel when required
English is mandatory
