Key responsibilities

Drives optimal sales of Arla products, effectively supporting/marketing company products in store.

Visits stores, developing/maintaining effective business relationships to drive incremental growth opportunities.

Optimising and driving incremental sales growth across the full Arla product portfolio through:

Gaining additional stock orders (through collaboration and Business Unit).

Fixture space.

Secondary sittings.

Helping facilitate world class execution of new product launches.

Maximising in store & on-shelf availability, i.e. merchandising stock from back up and pushing additional stock where required.

Manages execution of instore activity and serves as link back to account teams to drive right commercial discussions, including promotional compliance and shopper marketing expenditure.

Provides business with key information / insights (competitor & Arla Brands) which can only be gathered by being in store, to help business make better informed decisions.

Reviews internal and external sales and availability data to convert to actions on visits (as above).

Acts as brand ambassador for Arla.

Educational background

Knowledge gained through formal education with limited experience and/or significant years of relevant work experienced (5+ years) gained in the specific commercial, technical, trades or office operation area combined with vocational or technical education.
