Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing schedules.
Sales Coordination: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and trade shows. Ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing information about products and services.
Order Processing: Manage the order entry process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of sales orders. Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for management. Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (ERP and OBS) systems and other sales databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administration is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk.
Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials (up to 20 pounds).
