We are currently seeking a talented “Trade Operations Specialist” to join our dynamic“Purchasing” team. Based in Qatar, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Foreign Trade, Economics, International Relations, etc.)
Minimum 3 years experience in import, export, and purchasing operations
Preferably having knowledge of import and export regulations
Excellent knowledge of MS Office with reporting skills
Good follow-up and organizational skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-through skills, including attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Living in or willing to relocate to Qatar
JOB DESCRIPTION
Making operational setup in trade processes and following relevant legislation
Correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers
Coordination with customs and transport companies
Monitoring of material outflows and shipments abroad
Purchasing transactions and follow-up
Making entries, controls, and corrections regarding cash flow and operation reports
Proforma and invoice control
Organizing and reporting import files
