The Role
We are looking for a Trade Marketeer to join our Marketing team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and improve customer engagement across retail, dealer, distributor, and trade channels.
The Trade Marketeer will act as a key link between Sales and Marketing, ensuring that marketing activities effectively support commercial objectives while maintaining consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints. The role is highly execution-focused, with approximately 80–90% execution and 10–20% strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans and channel-specific programs aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns across various trade channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across showrooms, retail outlets, exhibitions, and dealer locations.
- Develop and manage POS materials, display concepts, sample boards, signage, and merchandising solutions.
- Monitor and maintain brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate showroom updates, visual merchandising initiatives, and display enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to develop promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare sales and marketing support materials, including presentations, catalogues, brochures, and collateral.
- Support key accounts, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners with marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches, and industry events.
- Manage event logistics, branding, promotional materials, and supplier coordination.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare post-event performance reports.
- Track marketing performance, ROI, sales data, and campaign results.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage relationships with agencies, printers, fabricators, contractors, and event organizers.
- Support budget management and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of trade marketing, merchandising, and channel marketing principles.
- Experience working with traders, dealers, distributors, and retail channels.
- Hands-on experience managing trade exhibitions, industry fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute brand visibility and merchandising initiatives.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining execution quality and timelines.

Our Ideal Match
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of Trade Marketing experience.
- Background within the building materials industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with dealer networks, distributors, traders, and retail channels.
- Proficiency in English. Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
