Prepare and present comprehensive reports on trade marketing initiatives and their impact on sales performance to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate trade marketing approaches.
Conduct regular field visits to assess in-store execution and gather feedback on consumer behavior and competitor activities.
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events that enhance brand presence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
Coordinate with creative teams to design point-of-sale materials and promotional displays that resonate with target audiences and drive sales.
Manage relationships with retailers and distributors, facilitating effective communication and negotiation to secure optimal shelf placement.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation at the retail level.
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with the overall brand objectives, focusing on maximizing in-store visibility and product availability.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and optimize trade spend for maximum ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
Proven track record of developing successful trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated creativity in developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with retail management software and CRM systems to streamline trade marketing activities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary is 6000 aed with all the benefits as per the UAE
