Job Overview: To oversee the ticketing operations and tourism activities within an organization. To manage ticket sales, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. To plan, organize, and execute of tourism services and, to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences to clients while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to promote travel and tourism services, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
To develop & implement the strategies for the sale of Tickets and to ensure to achieve the given targets.
Create and update travel packages, tours, and itineraries that cater to diverse interests and demographics.
Organize events, festivals, and promotional activities to enhance the tourist experience and showcase local culture and attractions.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones, utilizing various channels such as social media, email, and print media.
Oversee the budget for travel and tourism projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
Supervise and motivate the travel and tourism staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best prices and services for clients.
Collaborate with local authorities and community organizations to promote sustainable tourism practices that protect the environment and cultural heritage.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized travel solutions.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in tourism management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a track record of successful project management and team leadership.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing, budget management, and customer service. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in tourism management or hospitality are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
