- Handle all travel services: flight, hotel, visa, tour, and holiday package through various booking platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide professional travel advice based on customer needs and budget.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners regarding reservations.
- Monitor and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Ensuring consistent progress toward departmental and organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, fares, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
- Follow up with guests before and after their stay to ensure a positive experience.
- Support sales team and contribute to company growth.
- Focus on Guest Reviews.
Note: Preference for Females (Own Residence Visa). Language Spoken: Hindi, Filipino, Russian. Pay: From AED 2,00 plus Incentive per month
