Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible service
Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or related field
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software is an advantage

Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500, depending on experience
Health insurance, paid annual leave, and other benefits as per UAE labor law
