Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Business Systems team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, with the ability to analyze business needs, design solutions, and provide both functional and technical support. Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (FIN) will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll.
Analyze, design, and implement business processes and enhancements in the Oracle Fusion HCM suite.
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
Develop and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
Work on data migration, integrations (using HDL/FBL), and interface development.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with technical developers for customization and enhancement requirements.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve functional and technical issues.
Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with strong exposure to Payroll.
Functional and technical understanding of key HCM modules.
Experience in report development (BI Publisher, OTBI) and data loading tools (HDL, HSDL).
Understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
