IT Service Desk Agent (UAE National)
Location:
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Parsons is seeking a talented IT Service Desk Agent (UAE National) to support first-level analytical and technical IT support for users of Parsons’ computers, workstations, and related hardware and software.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide first-level remote IT support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and workstations.
Respond to IT questions and resolve standard issues via telephone, email, or instant messaging.
Identify, categorize, and resolve or escalate user problems.
Maintain knowledge of MIS environment and associated technologies, including Parsons’ standard configurations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and standards in support activities.
Document and report all service requests and outcomes.
Provide on-call support during non-business hours, including weekends and holidays.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-1 years of experience supporting end users or working in IT support or MIS.
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and PC hardware, including printers and peripherals.
Familiarity with MIS environment and specific area of support.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues with standard hardware and software.
Effective written and oral communication skills for helpdesk roles.
UAE National status is required.
