Position: Title Assistant Nurse – Outpatient
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital – Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates Main Purpose of Job
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Required Education
Essential:
Diploma in Nursing with a minimum course duration of 18 months. Valid BLS certificate.
Required Experience
Essential:
At least two years in own country.
Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.
