Job Purpose
To ensure the safe and efficient fitting, repair, and maintenance of tires for various vehicles, and to be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards while handling tire-related tasks.
Principal Accountabilities
Inspect vehicle tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels.
Fit, mount, balance, and replace tires on a wide range of vehicles (cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles).
Repair punctures and minor tire damage using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform wheel balancing and alignment support (if required).
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area and tools.
Provide recommendations to customers on tire maintenance and replacement if required.
Assist in inventory management, including stocking and recording tire usage.
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
Education – High School
