Timekeeper – Elegancia Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance and timesheet records for employees
- Verify working hours, overtime, and leave records
- Ensure accuracy of time data before payroll processing
- Coordinate with supervisors to validate attendance discrepancies
- Prepare and submit periodic attendance and overtime reports
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of time records
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll support
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
