Timekeeper – Elegancia Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance and timesheet records for employees
  • Verify working hours, overtime, and leave records
  • Ensure accuracy of time data before payroll processing
  • Coordinate with supervisors to validate attendance discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit periodic attendance and overtime reports
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of time records

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll support
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Package & Benefits – QAR 1750 per month + Accommodation + Transport + Overtime + Food (Will be complementary)
