Position:  TIME ATTENDANCE BUSINESS RULES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION :

To work on Time and Attendance, HRMS and Shift Management application to view, create, edit and update employee information and data, as per business needs and approval from stakeholders.

To monitor the Time and Attendance Application for any discrepancies towards employee Attendance activities.

To attend employee complaints and escalations towards time and attendance information in the systems.

To be part of the team to prepare Attendance Reports, Timesheets, and Time cards for payroll processing.

To communicate and follow up with various departments/teams to get leave information, shift schedule information, and verify any discrepancies in the information available in the Time and Attendance Solution.

To communicate with supervisors/managers for all discrepancies in an employee’s timesheet/attendance.

To be involved in attendance confirmation for all employees and process the OTL/Time card for employees.

To follow up with the HRMS Team on the successful and failed records with reasons, solve the issues for the failures, and prepare necessary statistics and reports/charts for Project Owners, stakeholders, and managers.

To manage and assign various tasks for a team size of 4 – 5 Business Rules Administrators.

Candidate should train and mentor the team on the latest updates of HR and Time and Attendance Policy/Business rules as per the management decisions and business needs.

To analyze and attend Business Rules Admin concerns & issues and address them to Flora Group Management & HMC AS Management.

To be part of gathering business requirements, confirm/approve the business requirements, and prepare/review and approve CR documents.

To be part of the Change Request/Configuration Management team to decide, finalize, and confirm the changes to be made in the application as per the business needs.

To review the Release Notes from the vendor and approve the release notes and Change Request documents submitted by the vendor.

To test the application on a regular basis in the Build and Staging environment and confirm the functionality of the application or a new feature to be released in production.

To communicate with the vendor for necessary training and support/technical issues.

To work with necessary internal departments and teams and ensure the smooth functioning of complete Time and Attendance Solutions.

To communicate with various department heads, managers, assistant executive directors, executive directors, and ensure the application is used properly and functioning as per business needs.

To attend meetings with vendors and internal departments for the smooth functioning of the solution, product enhancement, and technical issues or bugs in the Time and Attendance solution.

To do necessary presentations to management on performance, complications, issues, risks & non-compliance towards Time and Attendance rules and policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Time and Attendance Rules / HR Executive.

Proven skills in team management,leadershipqualities.

Sound knowledge of computer and IT software and applications.

Basic knowledge of ERP/HRMS systems.

Knowledge of laws and regulations of labor-management relations.

Excellent understanding of timekeeping systems and calculations.
