Job description
MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
– Must have experience in estimation of interior fitout & joinery .
– UAE experience of 1-2 years minimum.
Job Description:
-Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.
-Interpret specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents.
-Analyses drawings, and prepares BOQ with specifications.
-Prepare the estimation with a detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.
-Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.
-Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
-Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.
-Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
-Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
-Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
-Understanding drawings and joinery technical details.
-prepare progress claims, variations, and omission reports.
– In addition to being excellent communicators, candidates should also be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Qualification:-
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural or relevant field.
– Proficient in mathematics and IT abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
