Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing TikTok campaign operations, ensuring smooth campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting performance optimization initiatives.
This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of digital advertising operations and TikTok’s advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute TikTok advertising campaigns from setup to completion.
- Coordinate campaign launches, tracking, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Work closely with sales, account management, and technical teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide operational insights.
- Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately according to client requirements and timelines.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and operational records.
- Stay updated with TikTok Ads Manager features, platform updates, and digital advertising trends.
- Support improvements to operational processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or other digital advertising platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media advertising and digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with the MENA digital advertising market is an advantage.
