NextMove is a Dubai-based TikTok LIVE creator agency helping content creators grow their audience and maximise their earnings through live streaming. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven TikTok Creator Manager to help grow our creator network.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding TikTok creators to the NextMove agency. This is a fully remote, flexible role — perfect for someone already embedded in the creator space.
Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to potential TikTok creators suited for LIVE content
- Present the NextMove offer and onboard new creators
- Manage and maintain relationships with creators in your network
- Hit monthly targets for creator sign-ups
- Stay up to date with TikTok LIVE trends and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media
- An existing network of content creators is a strong advantage
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiar with the UAE creator market
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
Compensation
- 100% commission-based — uncapped earning potential
- Fully remote with flexible hours
