Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with expertise in Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Central, Finance, and Project Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing our office’s IT environment, ensuring a secure, efficient, and well-documented infrastructure. They will implement and optimize Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 solutions, oversee IT operations, and create a plug-and-play system for onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Security: Design, implement, and maintain IT systems while ensuring network security, compliance, and efficiency. Manage hardware, cloud services, and software configurations.
Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 Administration:
Oversee Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD with a focus on security, access controls, and workflow automation.
Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Central, Finance, and Project Operations, optimizing business processes and data integration.
Employee Onboarding & Support: Create standardized user accounts, email configurations, and IT workflows for seamless onboarding. Provide training and IT support to employees.
Documentation & Process Optimization: Develop guides, FAQs, and IT policies to standardize operations. Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing.
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary IT contact, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while implementing remote troubleshooting solutions.
Security & Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity best practices, manage data backups and disaster recovery, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Intune.
In-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly:
Supply Chain Management (inventory tracking, logistics, procurement).
Human Resources (employee records, payroll integration, performance tracking).
Business Central (financial management, sales, purchasing).
Finance (budgeting, financial reporting, compliance).
Project Operations (resource planning, project tracking, billing).
Strong knowledge of network security, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
Experience with IT infrastructure setup, automation, and security management.
Proven ability to document IT processes and develop training materials.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
