Tier 2 Customer Service Specialist Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Baden BPO & Software LLC
We are seeking a solutions-oriented client service representative with a passion for helping our clients. Client Service Representatives will act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer matters and must possess excellent negotiation skills required to maximize retention of incoming cancellation requests.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls needing resolution on escalated matters.
Establishing rapport with clients to resolve outstanding service issues and/or payments.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure service implementations are applied to client accounts as needed.
Meeting retention targets and engaging in
upselling and cross-selling
.
Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business, market, and products/services, and presenting this information clearly to clients.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Fluent in English.
Strong
attention to detail
and
multitasking
skills.
Excellent
problem-solving
and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft customized,
creative solutions
for clients.
Self-motivated with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year of client retention experience.
At least 2 years of international call center experience.
Compensation:
Monthly salary base of AED 5,000 plus incentives/bonuses.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (Evening Shift).
