Cantonese Cuisine Chef Hiring
Experience working in a Chinese restaurant in Malaysia is a plus.
We are a catering company based in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE, operating on a central kitchen model. We specialize in preparing Chinese bento meals, supplying to local supermarkets and online platforms. Currently, our products are available in 100+ locations, with clients including Talabat, Noon, Geant, and other well-known local retailers.
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in Cantonese-style fast food, home-style dishes, and Chinese cuisine, capable of independently preparing and maintaining high-quality dishes.
Ensure product taste and quality control, refine existing recipes, and develop new dishes based on local market trends.
Supervise kitchen operations to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong sense of responsibility with high standards for food quality and taste, along with market awareness.
Basic English communication skills.
Experience with HACCP food handling preferred; PIC certification is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000.
6-month probation period, followed by performance-based commissions in addition to base salary.
One day off per week.
Company provides a work visa.
30 days of annual leave after one year of employment.
