We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to lead ticketing operations across a portfolio of world-class events in the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role will play a critical part in driving ticket sales, optimizing revenue, managing access control and box office operations, and delivering seamless customer experiences from launch to event day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ticketing operations, including ticket sales, inventory management, access control, and onsite delivery.
- Develop and implement ticketing, pricing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue and attendance.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights and reporting.
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams, clients, sponsors, partners, and ticketing providers.
- Oversee ticketing system setup, presales, allocations, and revenue reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate and effective communication of ticketing information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of ticketing experience, ideally within events, entertainment, or sports
- Proven success in developing and delivering ticket sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms, sales reporting, and revenue management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
