Third Party Developer Coordination Manager Responsibilities
- Anticipating interface clashes and resolving them timorously, negotiating with LREDC and EPC Contractors and General Contractors to optimally resolve interfaces and activity clashes.
- Management and coordination of all project interfaces between Contractors, local authorities, adjacent construction developments and LREDC
- Development of Interface Management Plan to be used by each development contractor.
- Preparation of the Key Interface Schedule including Identification of Key Interfaces in conjunction with LREDC Project Team and incorporating inputs including System and Design Interfaces, Construction Interfaces and Commissioning Interfaces, Identification of Key Interfaces and incorporating inputs including System and Design Interfaces, Construction Interfaces and Commissioning Interfaces.
- Maintenance and dissemination of the Interface Management Plan and Key Interface Schedules to internal and external organizations.
- Carry out technical assessments of contractors proposals for excavations
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related technical field
- 10 years of related work experience preferably in large-scale development projects where general design services were performed.
- Technical knowledge of temporary excavation and shoring techniques is mandatory
- Proven ability to perform in a technical capacity
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.
