Testing Engineer-Generators and Motors Jobs in Dammam, Saudi Arabia at Alfanar Engineering Services
Job Responsibilities
Possess excellent knowledge of all types of testing, handling instruments, and report generation for Generators & Motors.
Supervise and guide during the initial testing of Generators and Motors.
Manage testing work related to the servicing of medium and high voltage Generators and Motors.
Provide technical advice and guidance to supervisors, foremen, and technicians.
Manage workload for testing based on priority, risk, and customer requirements.
Execute testing jobs in accordance with relevant international standards for electrical Generators and Motors.
Attend customer sites to provide testing services and technical guidance.
Inspect the operation of RTDs, BTDs, Generator auxiliaries, etc., during initial tests.
Review electrical test reports, provide recommendations, and finalize repair scope with QA and Production.
Ensure safety precautions are followed during testing activities on-site.
Maintain a safe working environment at the site and ensure all technicians wear PPEs.
Adhere to ATS occupational health and safety management system policies and procedures.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement of ATS OHSMS and HSE activities.
Willingness to travel frequently to various sites.
Experience in Generator repair and overhauling services is an added advantage.
