We are currently looking for a Teppanyaki to join our dynamic culinary team and support the delivery of an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take in charge of food preparation and live cooking stations
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Japanese / Teppanyaki kitchens is an advantage
- Passion for culinary arts and live cooking concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen brigade
