Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Specialist with proven expertise in manpower and service tenders. The ideal candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification to final submission—ensuring compliance with client requirements and strict deadline
Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete tendering process, including pre-qualification and submissi

Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender require men
- ts.
Review tender specifications, scope of work, and contractual conditio
- ns.
Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations for required inpu
- ts.
Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposa
- ls.
Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and complia
- nt.
Maintain organized records of tenders, submissions, and supporting documen
- ts.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of bi
- ds.
Liaise with clients for clarifications, amendments, and post-bid discussio
- ns.
Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to execution tea
Qualifications & Experience
- um 7 years of relevant experie
nce in tendering for manpower or service contrac - ts.
Prior experience in Qatar or GCC reg
ion is preferr
