We are looking for a Tendering Specialist to support the development of Fortender, our AI-powered tender management platform. This is not a tender submission role. You will work closely with our product and development teams to improve tendering features, validate AI-generated outputs, and ensure the platform aligns with real-world construction and procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to enhance Fortender's tendering features.
- Review and validate AI-generated BOQs against project drawings and specifications.
- Identify discrepancies and provide feedback to improve AI accuracy.
- Test new features and report issues or improvement opportunities.
- Share industry expertise to improve workflows and user experience.
- Support product validation using real tender documents and construction data.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, or construction procurement.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, quantity takeoff, and construction drawings.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital tendering platforms, BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or AI-powered construction software is an advantage.
