We are looking for an experiencedTendering Managerto lead the tendering and bidding process in thefacility management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, managing tender submissions, analyzing contract requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition.
Responsibilities
Tendering & Bid Management:
Lead theentire tendering process, from pre-qualification to final bid submission.
Identifynew tender opportunitiesthrough market research and networking.
Preparecompetitive bid proposalsby analyzing client requirements and industry trends.
Ensure allbid documents, contracts, and commercial proposalscomply with company policies and client specifications.
Technical & Commercial Analysis:
Work with internal departments (operations, finance, legal, procurement) to developcost-effective proposals.
Conductrisk assessments and pricing analysisto ensure profitable bids.
Review and interpretcontract terms, scope of work, and SLAsfor compliance.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination:
Liaise withclients, consultants, and government agenciesto clarify tender requirements.
Managevendor and subcontractor negotiationsto optimize pricing and service offerings.
Collaborate with thebusiness development teamto align tendering strategies with company objectives.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintainup-to-datetender databases and recordsfor future reference.
Ensure all tenders comply withlegal and regulatory requirements.
Continuously updatetendering templates, pricing models, and documentation standards.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conductcompetitor benchmarkingto enhance bidding strategies.
Stay updated onindustry trends, regulations, and best practicesin facility management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
10+ years of experiencein tendering, bid management, or contract administration in thefacility management industry.
Proven track recordofwinning high-value tendersand contracts.
