Operational Responsibilities

  • Develop tender documents, including technical and administrative requirements.
  • Prepare accurate specifications for the required products or services.
  • Organize tendering timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings with relevant teams to ensure full understanding of tender requirements.
  • Establish clear and fair evaluation criteria covering quality, price, and delivery schedule.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of submitted bids and provide detailed evaluations to management.
  • Carry out effective negotiations with suppliers to achieve suitable financial and contractual terms.
  • Draft final contracts and ensure inclusion of all key terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contract execution and ensure suppliers comply with agreed contractual terms.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with suppliers to monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Handle any disputes or issues arising during contract execution and work toward amicable resolutions.
  • Document issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and local and international laws.
  • Update tender and contract documents in line with changes in laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members on tendering and contract processes.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with other teams to enhance overall performance.
  • Identify and research potential suppliers, both locally and internationally, to meet tender requirements.
  • Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to facilitate procurement operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Contract Management, Engineering, or any related field.

Work Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in the same field.
